Email:It is recommended to send your resume easily and quickly。
邮 寄:Mailing resumes is not recommended because of its high cost and low timeliness。
Recommended by acquaintances:It's a good idea to send your resume to someone who knows the company。Responsible referees can give valuable advice。
初试
After reviewing resumes, corporate recruiters usually notify candidates of the initial interview by phone, usually accompanied by an email confirmation。
In campus recruitment, the company will return the resume of the unsuitable candidate to the career center of the university。For resumes suitable, the initial interview is usually scheduled on the second day of the campus recruitment day, the location of the campus or the recruiter's residence。In general, there are two types of written test and interview。The written examination focuses on professional knowledge and professional orientation。The interview is based on the comprehensive quality of the applicant, the time is about 30 minutes, generally including personal introduction, structured or semi-structured question and answer, situational simulation interview and other links。

In social recruitment, candidates who pass the initial test will be exposed to different departments or different levels and even people outside the enterprise. The issues discussed at this stage will be more in-depth, and the time and cycle will be longer。

Arrange business visits
If conditions permit, the company will invite candidates to visit the working and living environment of the company, so that the candidates have a full understanding of the future work and living location。
Reception check-in
In the case of clear intention of both parties, the company will issue a clear employment notice to the applicant (usually in the form of a telephone notice), informing him or her of the deadline for agreeing to the appointment, the registration time and the registration precautions。
